I hate the smell and taste of garlic and it makes me heave so I wouldn't be able to play with a guy who smelt of garlic, I don't like getting that close to talk to them never mind playing. |

"I can't taste garlic and can only smell it if it's really strong, so beware if I ever offer to cook something Italian for you - you'll be stinking of it for weeks "
You can never put too much garlic in... Once you put a clove in...you may as well add the string of bulbs...
You will overpower other flavours... But breath and other "breaths" are no worse...

People may brush religiously but there is nothing worse than that sewer breath smell which is a build up of gunge under the back teeth that only flossing will clear Tongue scraping is essential too to get rid of nasty niffs.
Also some people just have an abundance of bacteria and need a mouthwash for that problem - such as retardex - they do toothpaste too but very pricey. Also if you suspect you have bad breath and dont have anyone you can confide in that would tell the truth ... lick your inner wrist and let the saliva from your tongue dry. If it stinks - then there's your answer xxx

I spend a small fortune on dental stuff and pay £6 for toothpaste (blanx) and use mouthwash and pearldrops and have a breathspray ...etc etc.
I get quite paranoid about it.
And as a smoker whose trying to cut down, i dont think its money wasted. |

wonder how many people are licking their wrists right now
i saw a op tip on twitter the other day - apparently you shouldnt use moutwash straight after brushing as the 2 together cancel each other out, not sue how true that is though |

Drinking plenty water is a natural defence against many of the causes of bad breath....
I once met a guy who was mad keen on snogging.....which was fine with me,,, until we did it,,,,, I swiftly stopped the action and asked a guy if he had a dog,,,,, he said " No" and queried why I'd asked if he had a dog.....,I explained he should get one so he could lick its arse and freshen his breath,,,,
Honk'in it was !!,,,,absolutely Honk'in!!!.... It would’a made a goat puke….. ewwwwwww

Bad breath is the biggest turn off for me and im paranoid when im on a meet, I always make sure I have fresh breath.
You can buy Packets of capsules off Ebay called "Crystal Breath" and They really are just about the only thing which works even for garlic and onion

Very true, so many people spend a small fortune on perfumes and toiletries etc whereas the dentist and more importantly, the hygienist would be so much more important. It does not suffice to brush your teeth twice a day, it is the flossing and the interdental care (or rather the lack of)that causes halitosis. To me oral hygiene ranks above looks and I visit the dentist at least twice a year, the hygienist every 4 months and I floss and use interdental brushes every day (unless on a rare occasion I had too much to drink...;-) Bottom line? I would not consider meeting/ kissing or playing with anybody who does not have excellent oral hygiene - to me bad breath it is the biggest turnoff. |

Got to agree Aphrodite xxx
Laughing at you all lickin and sniffin! Try it in the morning when you wake first thing to get a contrast!
Contrary to what you may have been taught you should brush your teeth before you eat in the morning and not afterwards too because your teeth are more porous after food. Also if you tend to eat fruit or an apple and think its doing teeth good this attacks the enamel too - you're better off having cheese immediately after eating. |
