I'm in my kitchen cooking roast beef, mixing Yorkshire pudding batter, wearing the t-shirt my kids got me for Christmas that reads "dad, you are an idiot, but you're our idiot" and listening to Metallica.

It's Friday hurrah!
I had a half day at work hurrah!
I'm spending NYE with a very old friend at a fantastic venue hurrah!
Then Sunday will be spent monging out and eating everything in the house before the health kick begins
