Birmingham Airport

My car has been severely keyed from front panel across to the quarter panel.

Anyone knows how to fix this without costing an arm?

Is it worth reporting to insurance company?

If it's deep enough to you fingernail caught in it it will probably need respraying.

Ask around at car body shops - it might only cost a few hundred quid if you're lucky.

Have you tried some scratch remover on it?

Maybe try a mobile car repairer they might be cheaper than a body shop.

I work in a body shop, and like what has been said if you can catch a finger nail in it, it has gone to deep and will need resprsying. Cost wise around £500 give or take

Apparently not only mine. Two other cars up the lane got the same story, same day.

Reporting to insurance depends what your excess is and if your no claims is protected.

Our opinion is that it's worth getting a repair done in a reputable body shop. Get a few quotes.

It's a horrible thing to happen I'm not sure what goes through some people's heads.
