... 3 words
For me it's 'I made it'
It's been a really tough year emotionally, financially and healthwise, but I'm still here and ready to tackle whatever 2017 throws at me! Got some great things planned already
Which 3 words sum up 2016 for you? |

What a year!
I made so many leaps of faith this year. I am a completely different person now to whom I was in January. I feel free, liberated and excited for future changes.

Highs and lows
Looking forward to significantly less rubbish low times in favour of more happier, fun & naughty times in 2017!!
...starting with an afternoon with some right sorts at the end of Jan! |

I made it
Another tough year here including a big move down to the south west, settling children into a new school etc. Financially 2017 is going to be a toughie BUT it was the right choice and although there will be struggles I am infinitely happier than I was. So come on 2017, let's get cracking. |

Not so great.
Too much stress, death, family arguments and Bollocks for one year. And as for Fab....a few highlights but on the whole, has left me feeling used and low about myself and very close to leaving!

Time for change.
2016 has made me realise I need to change certain things in my life, not necessarily better but different. Want to try new things, have new goals and set myself for the future, not getting any younger you know. |

A mixed bag.
There has been a few ups and downs, as usual, but it was all rounded off nicely with a fab Christmas with those close friends and family members. |

"Time to reflect"
I've lost a few people, gained some amazing friends and although the last three months have been living hell, I will be beginning 2017 in a far better place mentally than I did with this year.

I can honestly say I'm in the same position. Mentally, I'm in a far better place than I've been in the last two years. Some of that has been due to my time here, my confidence has been lifted by you lovely ladies of fab. So thank you all |

Looking positively to 2017...newly single, driving course planned, job opportunities increasing, fab opportunities increase once I can drive too ... Feeling better about myself on whole and more motivated than this time last year... Bring it on |

Fucking mental amazing!!
Started the year off with ads in his room, sofa surfed for a few months, lived with a crazy lady for a few months
Moved to Essex, got a house with ads, and now getting married in 15 months time. Utterly amazed!!
Although sadness took over just before Christmas when we lost his cousin to depression

Physically, mentally and emotionally draining. Divorce going through, attended 1 wedding, 2 christening and 8 funerals of old friends and close family. And told that another close family member has leukaemia. |

Mostly terrible shite.
Don't get me wrong - there's been some really good bits, but consistently peppered with disaster throughout. In particular, December was a total write-off. Missed my birthday while I wrestled with potential redundancy, then - just when I'd got past that - I got dumped a week before Christmas, robbing me of all festive spirit.
In other news, I'll be meeting again in the new year... |
