I was on breakfast tv last year when one of my carers was nominated for mum of the year. It was bloody hard work keeping things from her but good fun to turn up at 7am with Sean Fletcher the presenter and Aldo Zilly the chef!

My daughter is on match of the day most weeks as she's ballgirl for our local team and sat right behind the goal so gets in all the shots which is pretty cool.

My main though is when I was 18 ish I used to go drinking in Grafon pub with an ex boyfriend who was mates with Paul Heaton. It was very surreal sitting there with him and the rest of the HouseMartins even weirder when fatboy slim came on the scene as I knew him as nerdy Norman

No, I think it was just a general childhood-ness trigger. I'd forgotten all about it too - which is particularly odd given that the arm healed wrong and is now permanently misshapen.

I played on the same schoolboy team as John O' Shea, who went on to win numerous Premier Leagues, the FA Cup, the League Cup and at least One (possibly two, I'm not sure) Champions League with Manchester United.

Not sure if this one counts but Huey from Fun Lovin' Criminals was at the first proper gig I played. He was more interested in our gear than our songs .

Used to work on the LIFFE floor with Harvey Stephens who played Damian in the Omen, we had the booth next to the bank he worked for, often used to go for lunch.

Also I used to knock about with Darren Emerson who was in Underworld, a memroble night was going to see ocean colour scenes private gig at the Hanover grand to promote the release of there first single, sway.
