I've never had issues with them fly to Canary's or Portugal out of Stansted, always plain sailing.
And bored chilling in a nice hot bath  |

I think the fact that they were just inconsiderate and shit and didn't have good customer service put me off.. happily paid extra for a flight from Heathrow with a different provider. |

Ya I get what you mean but in their defence they have opened up European travel to everyone with their flights being so cheap. But it's a joke that the plane wasn't equipped to land in fog, I just presumed that was standard in a plane not an extra  |
