My next door neighbours from the basement flat has just knocked on my door to let me know that the bin belonging to the middle flat was over running with maggots, they are spilling out all over the garden and now coming into mine, there are 1000's, they knocked at the door of the persons flat who's bin it is (Lithuanians) and after trying to explain the problem they aren't bothered |

It's being done now but trying to see all the ones on the ground in the dark is not easy |

really terrible for you to experience this.
get the video camera out and take evidence of it because this is a serious health issue and should be reported and witnessed by the proper authority. |
