About 4ish here we have had our Asparagus soup n crusty rolls. We like to spread our courses over the day to avoid that Stuffed sickly feeling. Xxx

I'm attempting a 4 bird roast of pheasant, duck, goose, and guineafowl.

as with any tasty bird, if you give plenty of attention, take your time and only taste when it is ready rather than rush it, you will find it very succulent and delicious.

turkey today, chicken tomorrow.
