I'm attempting a 4 bird roast of pheasant, duck, goose, and guineafowl.
It'll either be a spectacular spread of amazing scoff, or we'll be going to the curry house in a bit. |

as with any tasty bird, if you give plenty of attention, take your time and only taste when it is ready rather than rush it, you will find it very succulent and delicious.
