What do you do?

I stay at my parents' house, I get new pyjamas - though this year I'm getting a few more bits - and my mum always makes beef stew with potato & Stilton on top.

I always imagined you living this classy, sophisticated existence which never involved peeling sprouts

Usually going out and getting smashed and ruining Xmas day because I'm still d*unk from birthday celebrations.

This year however will be spent wrapping and watching gash Xmas tv.

Im looking forward to a sober Xmas dinner tomorrow!

we go to my sisters for supper, which is usually home made glazed ham and chips with mulled wine, then back home we both get new pyjamas ..my son has a 'Christmas eve box' with a few bits in, just to get him even more excited..then I pack him off to bed and I get stuck into the baileys

A world all of his own

I always leave my wrapping until Christmas eve. No idea why really, just something I've done for years now. I leave the drinking until afterwards though, even sober it looks like something has just vomited wrapping paper and selotape over the presents

However, I do need to pop to the shop this afternoon, this may be the last post I ever make...

New PJ's with a take away & Xmas movie or 2 before snuggling up in bed

Quick tidy around (in a moment!), then a lazy day on sofa snuggled with my children watching Christmassy films, then before bed we will get the plate ready for Father Christmas and Rudolph and put out in a safe place away from the dog

When they are asleep i'll have a glass of Baileys, wrap two huge presents that i had nowhere to hide, and then i'll put their stockings in their room.

I'll have an early night as they could be awake from 4am onwards although they will go back to sleep eventually.....(she says....praying).

Dunbartonshire

Used to make a Xmas eve buffet for the ex and my kids and we would all sit and watch Xmas movies.

This year I have the kids up and we are watching Xmas movies minus the buffet.

I have just picked up the Christmas tree and after I have had a little sleep (I left London at 5am this morning) I will decorate it... (the rest of the house is trimmed)... I always leave the tree till Christmas eve... today the fear was strong as everywhere I went had none... but got one in the end!!!
