I was more than a little with a relative a couple of years ago, comfortably off, asked for ideas for what I could get her, she had no suggestions, said "Oh anything really" and then had the mother of all strops when I suggested one of those charity gifts, adopt a goat for a third world family kind of things. Told me that I was missing the point of Christmas
