Just had the first of my home grown Strawberries with homemade ice cream and chocolate sauce Mmmmmmmmmmm

Orange from the fridge... Peeled and sliced into discs... Drizzle with honey... Back in fridge for half hour....

My Mother used to do a variation on this. Take an orange, and inject either Brandy, Vodka, or your tipple of choice, and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.

These were loved by diners! (us kids couldn't have them though!).

Strange thing was, she was a teetotaller and never touched a drop!

I put them in the fridge to keep them cool....

Tell you what i love and i havent had it in ages. Crushed mixed nuts covered with greek yogurt, few more nuts on top drizzled with honey. I kid myself its healthy But generally i dont have a sweet tooth so IF i was having a pudding it would probely be lemon something
