Is it just me or something happened? I have been awake since 8 am and still can't sleep here...

Try 4 different time zones in a week

. We've only got one more to go ( -2 hrs) and then we are finally home in the UK and back to GMT... Or are we on daylight savings?... God my body and I are confused!
