"Don't know about anyone else but I can't cum with my eyes open. A bit like sneezing "
I'm, not sure if I do or don't... I'll remember to open my eyes next time and see of there's a noticeable difference. |

I only know because I met someone who demanded eye contact all the time and was left disappointed |

Closing your eyes enhances all your other senses. It could be that.
In my case I think its the 'if I close my eyes I cant see you, therefor I can't see your reaction to seeing me
I have them open if the lights are dim though |

I close my eyes when I cum on my own so I don't squirt it in my eyes .... as doing it during sex I like to keep them open so I can see what's happening, unless it's a very intense orgasm then I don't know what the fuck I'm doing |

People close their eyes while kissing to allow the brain to properly focus on the task in hand, psychologists have said.
A study on vision and tactile sensory experience at Royal Holloway, University of London, concluded the brain finds it difficult to process another sense while also concentrating on the visual stimuli.
Cognitive psychologists Polly Dalton and Sandra Murphy found “tactile [sense of touch] awareness depends on the level of perceptual load in a concurrent visual task".
Lifted from the independent |

Yes, and at the risk of hijacking the thread, that's part of the reason those with autism struggle to make eye contact and listen to people at the same time. |

I don't like being stared at too intently during sex, i get a bit shy about it, so i kiss them to distract them. My eyes closed. Sometimes i open my eyes to take a peek at them only to find they are still looking at me.
It gives me the nervous giggles. |

It's maybe hard sometimes for people to remember that something which comes naturally to them can be really difficult for someone else...I know I'm probably guilty of that. |

Oh of course I don't expect people to be mind readers, and I don't take it personally. It's just frustrating when no matter how I explain it, it doesn't make sense to some, that's more my point.
But anyway, yes just discussing this with the Mrs and always closes her eyes when she orgasms. |

"It seem to be all in the same boat
Closing eyes are the way to enjoy ourselves not just hating to see the guys enjoying it and having fun then "
I will add that I enjoy eye contact from a woman when I'm getting a blow job. Not sure why exactly, but I love it.

I've always found making, never mind maintaining, eye contact in social situations quite excruciating ... it nearly always makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and panicked, and I have to trust someone a *lot* before I feel relaxed about it. Paradoxically however, although I appreciate closing your eyes during sex (or indeed being blindfolded and having that sense cut off) I do actually find lots of eye contact very very hot and will therefore make myself open my eyes even when my first instinct is to shut them to take advantage of that sensation. |

In some situation eye contact is very important but in the case of you concentrating on pleasure givin closing your eyes make it more intense beside the fact who want see a man enjoying himself anyway |

Well the eyes is not going to be shut during the whole session it is more when you are just about to orgasm as you feel so intense and you can see their expiration in between so win win situation |
