"I like the bit where I'm sat all alone, crying into my gin
I skip the gin "
Christmas isn't Christmas without me being sat in a rapidly cooling bath naked except for novelty socks, drinking neat gin and watching my guy-liner run as I look back on another lonely year....
Its the most wonderful time of the year! |

Scooch, I have Hendricks or Tanqueray No.10
Preference?"
Tanqueray No 10 unless you're hiding a Monkey 47 anywhere? |

putting a silver coin in the pudding is said to bring luck to the person who finds it...unless they swallow it then its a trip to A&E
its a custom, that's all |

this year it will be just me and my son, as he is autistic and isn't a fan of big family get-togethers..we have a few rituals that my son enjoys and he makes a big effort not to disappear into his bedroom
we do the traditional thing on Christmas eve where we go to church and then go back to my sisters for supper and mulled wine.. |

I like the bit when we all sit down and play the game father Christmas has brought for us. Not sure what it is yet though, it's difficult finding one suitable for all ages. Or the hour or so when we go for a walk after dinner when you feel all happy and warm |

My sisters daughter has asbergers and recently come out of hospital. Hates crowds so be thinking of them and hoping she copes. Hard for you mums. Love prevails |
