2001 - I was charging through the jungle on another continent gunning down ne'er'do'wells, lost my unit....... and then across the radio...."H has left" - our morale took a kicking that day |

No idea. If I remember correctly that was in 2001. I was only 4. Not much memory of those years other than getting a pet cat and my other sister being born

Took me 6 months to get home, eventually blagging a space in the back of a refrigerated Dakota carrying cut flowers.... I remember coming back to the UK and thinking it was like the soul had been ripped out of the country.
