See there is justice, just read the retired police chief of North Wales recently convicted of being a sex offender has popped his clogs, us tax payers won't have to fund his incarcination in a warm prison cell.

Surely his wealthy pension fund could be seized to finance his cost not us?!!

Just curious ,,,, so lets suppose he has a wife or dependant who would have ordinarily expected to share his pension benefit....

What happens to them if it's seized .....?

Was he still a police chief when he was caught?

I'm my job,if you get sacked you loose your pension, a lot of people resign rather then getting sacked.

i believe any one who was expecting to benefit would do so unless he had already lost said pension due to the conviction
