3\4 hours starting bench then dead lift ,squats up to 165\70 kilo single lifts at top end n 140 on wards reps a five from 60 up then on to the 8 by 8 complete bod work out good 15 min stretch n warm up .chuck in some pull UPS 40/60 sets a ten 2 min rest then finish with some decline bar n butterfly press work do this / variations of 3 times a week leave the cardio to the bed room no point wasting cals n energy lol eat big train hard fuck lots fff as I like to call it lol fucking n fighting fit

make the time if you want it bad enough you got a put in the graft ..pos thinking a competing summer next year if I can get lifts up enough to warrant it ...n lean to heavy n power side a things these days so food n calorie in takes skigh high 3/45000 a day hence not looking trim m cut so much at present but looking to go 92 kilo max cat so will have trim m leen up for summer clenb is your friend lol as long as you ain't got a bad heart lol

I'm guessing you meant 3/4500 calories

But yeah you can find the time but have to sacrifice it from other things.

I can relate my back workout has been messed up by some tool who decided to use the punching bag attached to the pull up cage

I started a new 12 week cycle today and it is day 1. I did legs and biceps, it is a 3 day split routine and it is a high carb day, about 700g

That is alot yes, yeah I usually eat everything in 200g servings, pasta, rice and musli, lots of bagels, protein drinks and energy drinks, the high carb days are fun, do you have them too?

Nope, I can only fit so much in my stomach. I wish could though. I eat lots of pasta, cornflakes and bagels too though .

That must suck. I feel your pain because I too was once in a RTC couple of years ago and just recently recovered from tendon injury which stopped me from working out my legs
