Just where I need to be. |
I bought one with about a month ago. I have the app synced to my phone. I wanted it to motivate myself on my lazy days. I do input all my calories which I have never done before.I have lost 4lb just by being more active and cutting out chocolate.I like it. I do think the sleep chart is a bit hit and miss as I can't be that restless in bed. |

Have you checked the sleep settings? Mine is synced to my phone too and I had it set on sensitive sleep which appeared to say I was restless literally all night?
Set it to normal and it should improve and give you a better reading. |

I have one- mainly got it to see what my sleep was doing but wore it to work a
Few times and seems pretty accurate, working along side a friend who had one too and we did similar steps, I just always forget about it though and it's almost been in the wash a thousand times. Think I'll send Mr into work with it actually as he always says he works harder than me . Mrs X |

Thanks for the tip my sleep was set on sensitive and for the time since I had it looked like I was getting 4 hours a night let's see what tonight says . To answer the question even if not 100 accurate it's a good guide done over 10000 steps every day and by going on the 5 &2 diets lost 2kg |

I've been using myfitnesspal for ages and used to have a step counter on my phone that synced with it. In the last month I started syncing it to my fitbit instead and it works a treat with a lot less faffing. |
