I never invented it, but before I stopped drinking I used to enjoy a cement mixer even though I didn't particularly like either of the two ingredient separately  |

During my days as a freelance cook, I would have to create various canapés for events..
One I was particularly proud of was a mini pie and mash with liquor..
Mini pie of proper east London pie crust filled with minced beef in gravy spiced with pepper and a little vinegar, parsley liquor and topped with mashed potatoe...without lumps mind you...

This is bad for you, and I wouldn't recommend it if you have had any problems with your heart, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol.
Starting from base.
1 slice of white toast buttered.
3 rashers of smoked back bacon.
1 fried egg.
1 fried slice.
2 links of good quality sausage (65% meat content or higher) or a good Cumberland ring.
1 fried egg
1 slice white toast (buttered)
Add sauce to taste, and call an ambulance |

Chuck a big fat burger in the oven I used Edwards welsh burgers n Chuck in a slice of bacon. I like my meet dead.
When meat is cremated get out a wrap chuck burger in the lower quarter of wrap. Chuck on a slice of cheese then add bacon n ketchup. Fold wrap like an envelope n eat. xxx |

Today was 7 eggs n half a block a stilton n mushrooms for after meet reup was a bit concerned but it turned out lovely crumbled n melted stilton in to eggs ?? |

Pizza muffin or tortilla - toast muffine and spread either with tomato puree, sliced cheese, pepperami slices, sprinkle of oregano, and whack in the microwave. Fold tortilla like an omelet and slice, eat muffin open. 
Of course I'm lo-carb now so I avoid like the plague.... |
