If they was that wealthy theyd have a passport and the ability to gain a visa and travel 1st class would they not ?

I haven't read the story this refers to but many refugees find themselves in a situation where they have lost all documentation (passports etc) and have to leave their home country due to war etc. They then are searching for a safe haven and have to use desperate measures .
Saying things like 'if they have money why don't they apply for a visa' really shows that you don't understand the desperation and danger some people face |

Or maybe they've sold every single possession that they built up through the their whole lives in order to go somewhere where their kids won't live in fear of being bombed and won't have to see dead bodies every day. People will always take the piss but many are desperate. |

Some poeoole will tar everyone with the same brush, its beyond their capabilities to be able to see individual people.
Some people!e entering the UK are trying to save their lives, some are just trying to better themselves, some have criminal records that they are trying to leave in the past, and some want to rob us all in the middle of the night.
There are all kinds of people on fab, so what makes you think all refugees are the same, it makes no sense to me.
There's good and bad in every demographic, ian Huntley! Not a refugee, Jimmy Saville, not a refugee, Peter Sutcliffe not a refugee! I'm not saying all refugees are angels, but neither are we, I don't think that little boy who we all saw being pulled life less from the sea had any kind of plans to commit crimes in Europe, so stop being so single minded |

Put all your life savings in a pot, then your mams savings and maybe your uncle's, then hope that it's enough that a son or daughter can get the hell out before the bomb with their name on it goes boom.
Oh and don't forget to give them a hug cause there's a good chance you'll never get to see them ever again. |
