Are there any genuine dating/ hookup web sites that allow you to communicate with other members without a monthly subscription ??

Also prefabley with other profiles being on in same county,country, continent, planet and bloody universe??

I would be wary of any site where you have to pay to message people or where you chat to someone for weeks and they make excuses as to why they can't give you there phone number or email address. Some of them are legitimate but others are definetly not. Trust me on this

Yes there are. I am on another monthly membersip site and I find that alot easier to meet on.
