It's a cook book. It's called 'Thug Kitchen eat like you give a fuck'. it's all healthy food shit buy looks really goood stuff and the way it's written appeals to me. They want to 'inspire motherfuckers to eat some goddamn vegetables'.

Was wondering if others had the book and had some favourite recipes.
