What if a woman took rejection to heart because she had big tits? Same scenario, different body part.

I get what you are saying and tend to think that, yes they might do if they are seeing themselves as alpha men, and had never been rejected before... it can be something harsh to experience for them. Especially if they have been praised for their cock in the past but in this specific case rejected for it.
