i HATE call centres!!!! (except the one i work obv )
just rung a company and was told i had to re dial to speak to customer services so i did then they told me i had to speak to accounts but couldnt put me through
when they gave me the number it was the same one that told me to re dial. i said this to mis dippy on the phone and so she RANG that department on my behalf but still said she couldnt put me through - how does that work?????

Average calling handling time and bad perfomance management measures.. they are frightened to warm transfer you in case it impacts them.
Wrong for the customer and ultimately wrong for the company. |
