Go to the Doctorsame and see if they can help in any way.
Dorian snores so loudly because he can't actually breathe out his nose properly. It's bloody irritating but I just kick him when he snores really loudly

Unfortunately none of the 'cures' are very sexy. Most involve sticking tubes up your nose or binding your jaw shut. I can only sympathise. I snore and suffer for it as well. |

'Snoring' mouthpiece ??
Two gumshield type thingy's, that are connected together, and make sure you're bottom jaw doesn't 'fall' backwards.
Ask for a sleep assessment, they'll be able to work out what's causing it. |

Don't drink alcohol, don't smoke cigarettes, don't over eat , do lots of exercise , read the bible daily and go to church on Sunday and stop having recreational sex ......  |

Did not work for me. I have heard that a dentists supply a Heath Robinson type gadget that fits like a helmet. Very sexy. |
