Cheddar there's enough variety and versatility in this unsung hero of cheese to never get bored, you can put forward any posh obscure cheese that you can think of, but could you really see yourself full of desperation trying to munch through a pizza topped with brie, with orange and cranberries?
No, give me cheddar every time, its the king of all cheese even if the foodie elite turn up their nose, at some point they all come back with their tail between their legs begging forgiveness from the cheddar |

I third that, it's divine. But only the proper stuff that comes in wax rather than the supermarket stuff. It's too sweet and sweaty.
