I have Simon Cowel style Spanx, starts from underneath the boobage and goes all the way down to the thighs, like rather attractive cycle shorts, not 
It's hard enough pulling the blimin thing down for a wee let alone trying to take it off sexily for a meet  |

i wear girdles coz of my dodgy hips (they hold them in place a bit and i don't feel like my legs are gonna fall off), all they do is push the fat higher up.  |

I have a Spanx all in one thing that kind of looks like a wrestler's outfit, with little legs. It has a hole so you can have a piss without taking the whole thing off. Never to be worn if there's any chance whatsoever of any action. But it does give a lovely line under tight dresses |
