I'm happy because I just got off a Skype call with one of my dearest friends who lives in NZ and I helped her make a Gin Mule.. (it's 2am over there), watching her crush the ice with a rolling pin has made me see her in a new light  |

love to see how little mincemeat there are in 'normal' mince pies coz deep filled are mostly air, just the pastry is high/tall. |
