Go and speak to your GP and they will chat through your options and find a plan of action best for you.

Speak to a GP.

I suffer from it and reaching out to my doctor was the best decision I made. Within three months I was getting the help I needed.

It's a scary step but necessary.

I'm not going to go into detail but I was having panic attacks at the height of it all. It got pretty bad.

Like I say...seek professional help. It'll get you on the right path.

GP should just give you a phone number to call so you can be assessed by the mental health team in your area for what help they can give you.

i've not called it yet though, not sure what to tell them about me as my memory tends to switch off at stuff like this.

Brighton - even Hove!

You could have symptoms like interrupted sleep, a feeling of 'can't be bothered', panic attacks or bouts of tears, feeling scared but no specific reason, eating crap food, not eating....

Go and visit your GP.

Have a look at the mind website, there's lots of information on there for self help and referrals.

Is it general anxiety or specific to a certain situation?
