wasnt the clincher but their web-site says the model of compaq we bought has Bluetooth..
went searching on the machine and then a call to HP but turns out it doesnt actually have it...
subsequently called tesco to complain that the spec on their website was incorrect and was promptly offered a refund equal to 10 per cent of the value of the lappy  |
