Taking pics and videos of meets

I was just watching some videos on a free porn site. I typed in the words home made , BBC, and cuckold . I noticed a few of my friends and former playmates in these videos. When I alerted them , they had no clue they were on these sites and as far as I know they have no legal recourse .

Now my question to everyone that likes to take pics and videos of your play time. How do you protect yourself from ending up on some random website?

you can't, unless you keep them to yourself.

ideally everyone would be honest and trustworthy but that's not how all people are.

Host it on a dedicated website so that you can demonstrate copyright and actually have legal recourse?

Was it a hidden camera scenario, or were they fully aware that they were being filmed?

They were Fully aware they were being filmed... but it was never to be posted by the couples.

The only way to protect yourself is not to allow yourself to be filmed or photographed. There is always the hidden camera scenario (beware the open laptop and the person who keeps getting up and "looking" at something or moving their phone).

It's never 100% safe I suppose.

We took some photos on our last two meets with everyone's permission and knowledge. We then edited a few to blank faces etc before asking the other couple if we could use them on our profile. We show a few of these but we all know that anyone could take them to use elsewhere. It is a bit of a worry but a risk we accept. We would be a bit more concerned over a video clip.

Aside of the hidden camera scenario I only let someone I've got to know take photos / videos or I use my phone.

Belfast and Fife

Whenever I shoot anything for someone I always film/photograph body only, if a face does accidentally creep in I'll blur it out in the edit.

Unless it's something for the lady/couple themselves & they want to see themselves then I would just give them the footage.

I've got photos and videos which I took with one person who I trust. We used my phone or my camera and I've only ever sent them to him.

The hidden camera thing is one of the reasons I prefer to book my own hotel room unless it's someone I know quite well.

I'm a professional photographer in my day & night job with many a profile on here displaying photos that I have taken Legally nothing they can do but appeal to the moral decency of the host of the website is question. If the webmaster is having a good day then may take them off. Also depends on the country they are hosted from & loads of other possible red tape scenarios.

I've worked at events hosted by & with member of this site & even though I legally own the rights to every photo I've taken, due to the nature of my job I've never published or shown a photo to anyone without to consent of the person/persons in the photos. Would never do it either.

Uk law is straight on this and it's easy, you take it, you own it, it's called intellectual property, so effectively the owner of those videos are the person who took them.
