Evening all too early for the roll call, but my left shoulder, an think I'm coming in too,( which is a good thing), but this shoulder i cant lift my arm, never ad this pain before, the only thing I can think of is either my cat, or swimming, but that wood not happen 4days latter.... feel stressed, as grandma is in hospital again, an I'm skint too mrs |

i sympathise, both my rotary cuffs are completely fucked...while you wait to see a doc, can you take ibuprofen?...also ibuprofen gel is quite effective..a doc can tell you if you need to rest it, and take some anti inflammatories, or if you need a scan if theres a particular injury...sounds daft but a bag of frozen peas on it for a while along with pain killers may help. |

unfortunately due to the meds I'm on probably can't av any more pain killers, an i react to ibrophine an paracetamol, but will try the bag of peas, u can actually buy proper bag u can keep frozen, thankfully not too much pain except when I go to use my arm |

go for the peas..then the doc..he should be able to jiggle your pain meds to deal with a specific thing.. |
