Can I just ask something of you all? If anyone is feeling down or can't seem to be handling life and may have given warning signs that everything isn't ok, please take a moment to be there for that person, I know people with mental health issues don't ask for help, probably won't take help offered but if you see a person that looks like they might need help, doesn't matter if you just make them a coffee, be someone to talk to or get them the help they need if they are willing to accept it.
Sadly it was too late for ads cousin but if you see the warning signs from someone else, please don't brush it off.

Thank you all for your supportive words. It's days like today that make you realise how much you have in this world and how quickly it can be taken away, so makes peace with those you're upset with forgive those who've wronged you! You never know when it's going to be the last time you see someone!
