I don't think the number has anything to do with it, and saying an older woman is better in bed than a young woman is a sweeping generalisation.

My personal opinion is that being "good in bed" is all about how compatible two (or 3/4/5 etc) people are sexualy. People have different wants, likes and desires, and your "show stopper" techniques may blow one person away, whilst the next is bored senseless by it.
Not only that though, sex is an interactive process. Like a musical jam session, each person's performance is shaped and inspired by each of the other performers.

I have mixed feedback. Some older women were awesome and so were younger. Some do certain things better than others.
Some younger women can make an older woman blush though.
Older women in general do act mature and to the point. Younger at times can be a bit bashful. |

Of course we are! Experienced, know what we like, and secure in ourselves/our bodies. Not to say that some young women are too, but I would say they are in the minority as they are still getting to know themselves. |

Using personal anecdotal stories as evidence it must be so doesn't quite make it so. Yes, being old might mean you have a few more years to develop sexual experience but it doesn't mean someone younger hasn't done so.

Of course experience comes into it too, but age doesn't have to dictate experience.
To use an example I was recently in a play situation where the female of the couple (who was in her mid to late forties so I guess would qualify as "older" for the purposes of this thread) mechanically worked my cock with her hand to the point it actually hurt and I had to ask her to stop. It always irks me with middle age dominant men when they try to tell me that they know more than me about BDSM, are more experienced etc because they are older.
It usually comes out that they've been doing it for a handful of years since they divorced their wife. Whereas I've been doing BDSM since I could legally have sex.

This I have met some people who had raving veris about their prowess in the bedroom, who quite frankly left me underwhelmed after the meet. Confidence does grow with age, for both sexes, as does respect for the other participant's pleasure, (for some, anyway). Techniques can always be improved on if you are willing to learn and want to please your partners. By the same token youth does not always equal energy, entheusiasm (in the wrong circumstances), or indeed a lack of experience. I don't think it can be generalised simply as older versus younger. More years having sex does not make someone better...Exploration, and the want to please a partner does. Some younger women can be just as good as older women, and likewise, they can also be shit. |

I'm more sexually confident, self assured and know what I want. I really wasn't in my younger days, but I put that down to experience, not age.
