There are 1001 threads giving profile advice - try searching them and taking their advice. Does your profile show the 'best' you? Whilst I applaud you for a public face photo, I can't help but think that the text is sparse at best and drivel at worst. I agree the number of fakes is huge. Not among male profiles, but I'd estimate at least 40% of the female profiles local to me are fake. You can just tell by reading them that they are not women.
But I'm not always convinced by the numbers argument as a reason for lack of success either. There are huge numbers of men on here, but of those men there are huge numbers of them who make no effort whatsoever, have shit profiles and shit photos and can be dismissed immediately. If you put enough in so that you're playing in the pool of men that people actually want to meet, that's a much smaller pool. |
