When i was in the army i was friemds with the medic in charge at the med centre. After a heavy night out the next morning qe would go into the med centre and have a few mins on the pure oxygen. Its like magic.

Or an easier way is when i get in(if i remember) is drink as much water as i can manage. After all a hang over is just dehydration

Aye Dioralite is pretty good. Actually I just had one of those fizzy vitamin things and feel a load better within minutes lol
