He did seem to be struggling. Now, is 6 stone of gold flake lighter than 6 stone of gold bars??

Glastonbury

I imagined it blowing away as he ran leaving only a small amount by the time he got to his apartment...

...and a golden trail for the cops to follow.

Sheffield

I can imagine the discussion with these security guys

One went in the bank. The other went and got his mobile from the front seat. During that time a 5'6" tall 50-60 year old guy lifted out the 60 Kilo tub worth £1 Million pounds of gold flake from the back of the open van and walked off.

He is on CCTV taking 1 hour to make a 10 minute walk with the heavy tub.

Hardly Oceans 11.

Oh shit...........

"I hope he doesn't think its just a bucket of glitter he's nicked .... "

It wasn't the most cunning of cunning foxy cunningest heists, was it? But it worked.

I think the security guards might be asked to engage in a spot of "retraining."

I think its brilliant.... I mean think of all the things you could do with a bucket of gold flake this time of year... I'd bag it up in little parcels and hand it out to random strangers then Hollywood would make a movie and pay me millions for the story

Does anybody think it's at all possible that the hapless guard and the daring thief had met before, somewhere?

It can all be put right by a little "retraining."

It's possible that the security guard had already re trained himself.Got tired of security guarding and decided on a new career.
