only once...put $2 in a slot machine in las vegas and won $480! i was delighted! promptly walked away...really don't get the complulsion to pump it all back in again! |

Yeah That's all I do...well apart from buying an xmas raffle ticked from Age Concern
Seems a lot of TV adverts encouraging people to take a punt.......
A recent report suggests about 450,000 kids are gambling every week in England and Wales...
I never even thought of doing that when I was kid .....

Zebras communicate with each other with high-pitched barks and whinnying. Grévy's zebras make mulelike brays. A zebra's ears signify its mood. When a zebra is in a calm, tense or friendly mood, its ears stand erect. When it is frightened, its ears are pushed forward. When angry, the ears are pulled backward. When surveying an area for predators, zebras will stand in an alert posture with ears erect, head held high, and staring. When tense, they will also snort. When a predator is spotted or sensed, a zebra will bark (or bray) loudly. |

they don't is the simple answer all the big firms make a absolute mountain of money off of the fixed odds roulette machines they have in each shop.
its down to these machines that all the big betting chains are opening more and more shops closer and closer together in the high streets .
they are even lobbying the government to allow more of said machines in each shop as if my memory is correct they are only allowed three such machines pre shop.
no longer are they interested in the gods football horses or any other sporting events as ways of making money they see fixed odds roulette machines as the goose that lays the golden eggs and want more and more of them in each shop.
if the government banned said machines tomorrow the number of betting shops would drop down to the levels they were at before such machines were introduced into betting shops . |
