How much of your 5 a day do you get?
I did work out that I could do a reduced calorie diet and lose weight based on just KitKats. I did worry I might end up with rickets.

I'm trying to avoid caffeine apart from my morning coffee, and I drink a lot of tea in the evening so it's best not to consume too much. |
