I tend to reply to ones that are longer than a line or two and that show they've read my profile, ones that stand out are always more personal and catch my eye by being original |

Read the profile and make the message relevant to the person you're messaging. Take the time to compose your message. Rushed one liners that could be to anyone just don't cut it in my opinion. The recipient will appreciate your efforts. |

Or maybe they won't!
There's no guarantee to getting a reply although I do agree that taking the time to compose a message with thought does help. It says to the recipient that you're not sending a message to everyone in your vicinity in the hope of filling your Saturday night |

agree, will always reply to those kind, even if its an 'appreciate the effort but you aren't what we are looking for' one liners usually get ignored or blocked |
