To the piece of shit that stole one of the rear light clusters and trim from an elderly relative's Mini One; thanks for passing on the £140 plus of cost to a pensioner.

I hope you choke on a mince pie.

Hi. Sorry to hear of your loss.

Have you tried a second hand part dealer? A friend has just bought one for her Mondeo. Was £12.

Good luck

Sorry to read this. There are plenty of Mini breakers though. A used part would be a lot cheaper.

The dealership were very helpful.

I've applied security markings to all the lamp clusters and, otherwise, removable bits.

Interestingly, driving across town this evening, I saw a Range Rover with a missing lamp fitting.

An unreported symptom of a downward plunge in the economy?

Don't they have to get into the boot to un-bolt the light cluster?

"Don't they have to get into the boot to un-bolt the light cluster?"

I was thinking this also.

Bath ish

Get a security camera in the cewrtain knowledge that if caught they will receive a mild slap on the wrist. Or would that be deemed spanking and therefore illegal. Perhps asking them nicely is the way to go next

No, the light cluster is fixed in place with screws beneath the cluster trim.

Sounds like a design flaw then?
