oh my god what a lovely day its been in London today.
bright blue sky chill to air ,god days like this make me feel alive .
the head cold that had given me a headache for three days has sort of gone . so add that to this lovely winters day and I'm on cloud nine again back to my old self .
so who's up for a Monday god I love life hug because I'm in the mood to hug and hug and then hug some more .
oh yes normal john is back that can mean only one thing I'm going to hug the life out of everyone who wants a uplifting god I love life hug

I gave one of the blokes who works for me a hug today . he's seventy gets a bit down this time of year because he's alone no family left Christmas time can be a hard time on such people .

that's what I think to but some seem to find it rather scary especially when I remove the sheet from the rack after locking the door |

I'm about to put my leggings on and take the bike for a pedal. It's lovely in South Wales too, I'm going to take advantage of the natural landscape and see how much of a mess I can get in to |

Saturdays work was a nightmare new work is always the worst in my game .

week off brilliant . I will be working seven days a week up till Christmas myself from now on .
oh well just means I will enjoy my time off over Christmas all the more . |
