Ive been researching the new legislation as of the 12 October 2014;
"Revenge Porn is the sharing of private, sexual materials, either photos or videos, of another person without their consent and with the purpose of causing embarrassment or distress."
Has anyone every been a victim themselves? |

"Kind of many years ago. Some guy opened yahoo account with naked pictures and advert and my phone numbers. Had no idea until my phone started ringing and some guy told me "
Oh really? how awful for you
A friend of mine has just been informed an explicit video she sent to someone has been sent sent out to others just because she called it off with him. I'm just researching the laws now to see where she stands on it. I think she has a strong case though |

"Take it to the Police and let them investigate. It's a criminal matter."
Yeah thats correct, it is a criminal matter, I've told her to simply not contact the guy any more and inform the police, they take this quite seriously by all accounts |

I once sent a video to a guy and later found out it had been passed around his work mates, but for a shared wank bank rather than for the sole purpose of embarrassing me.
Thankfully I couldn't have been identified from the video but I still view him as a massive twat |

Yeah this wasn't for any sexual gain, it was purely to cause hurt and embarrassment. |

On first impressions, you may find you actually like or are drawn to the sociopath. It’s not surprising as more often than not they are indeed charming and likable. Watch out, these type of liars can cause untold damage and mayhem once they lead you into their web of lies and deceit.
Sociopaths lie the most because they are incapable of feelings and do not want to understand the impact of their lies. They may even get a thrill out of lying at your expense. Once they tell an initial lie they go on to tell many more lies in an attempt to cover up the lies they started, or just for the “fun” of it.
A sociopath rarely reveals his or her feelings or emotions. You won’t often hear them laugh, cry, or get angry. These kinds of liars tend to live in their own little world and always find ways to justify their dishonest deeds. They do not respect others and place their own needs first and foremost.
If someone questions the sociopath’s lies they can be incredibly devious in the way they cover things up. This can include placing the blame at someone else’s door or by inventing complex stories to cover up their untruths.
Sociopaths can be so good at lying that they are able to pass lie detector tests. This means they often escape jail or don’t even get prosecuted for the crimes they permit. (That’s not to say all sociopathic liars go without prosecution). |

Never forward or upload anything you feel would ruin you if landed in the wrong hands...
People send nudes so freely these days, almost feels like part the norm to dating, meeting etc...
Nothing is left to the imagination any more sadly.. |

Tube sites are more grief than they are worth because they allow any kind of material & don't ask for any ID so its a good thing they go in April.
If we shoot someone we explain it will go viral & at sometime someone will see it, if you are in a sensitive job in the public sector don't do films or even risky pics.
To be able to use films on genuine sites we need 2 bits of photo ID & signed releases which webmasters will ask for.
Never put yourself at risk with pics films etc unless you know their history & they can be trusted. |

I would imagine lots of people on here have been the victim of this, since so many guys send random pictures of women that they've been send to others... and then they wonder why I don't send naked pictures out to guys on here? |

Something very similar happened to a girl where I work she made a video with someone there (possibly her 1st error) but he began to watsap it to others (thankfully not me) long story short he and another were both dismissed from the service, she still works there |

Models we do shoot do carry on modelling as we tell them the truth of what / could happen etc before shoots & help all the way down the line with their careers, we wouldn't have shot the high volume of women compared to the other companies if we hadn't been genuine. |

There was a case a few years ago where a girl had a 3sum with 2 guys while being filmed. The only problem was she was 17, so while she was legally old enough for sex she was still classed as a minor, so it was child porn. |

"Not revenge porn but had someone pretending to be me and using my nudes.
~Mia
Really, again not nice at all, thats breach of character I believe... "
Nope not nice. But some people are really ugly so feel the need to steal other people's photos and pretend it's them. I'm just glad I'm not that sad and insecure. |
