Some of my food arrived today although the chances of the mince pies makin it till Dec is in despite.

I buy my Christmas tree on Christmas eve.... last years cost me £1 from a well known hardware store.... the year before I bottled it and bought it a few days before (£5); now yes you can argue I am a bit tight.... however, being single and lonesome on Christmas eve is terribad, so by buying a tree and decorating it on the night before; the hours slip by and it makes me feel jolly.... no really... I did say Jolly

While i was at it, I got great deals on some Halloween and bonfire night tat for '17.

The white company delivered my tree yesterday and I saw what £200 worth of Xmas tree decorations look like, not very much!!! I won a competition in January this year for a £400 christmas tree and £200 worth of decorations and could only be used for the tree and Xmas decs, I would never EVER spend 600 quid on a cunting Xmas tree and trimmings!!! But they are lush!!!

The hotel group I used to wot for, puts up their Xmas decorations and tree at the start of October!!!

I started a new job in Oxford on September 30th; some shops there already had Christmas Carols playing through their speaker systems!

The world's gone mad!!!!

Even November is too soon!

I have a small elegant gold tree with two ornaments ....

And iridescent blue peacock hangs on it

And

A gold stags head sits by it

That way it can remain up all year .... job done with sparkly lights nearby .....

(A bit of a minimalist apartment type I am)

Mwah for Xmas
