just been out for a swim (needed exercise as im off work,long story) and thought it'd be a good time to go in the day with not many foks about.
it was full with a pensioners group, not seen that many wrinkly gentleman sausages in one place before 
i need to ofset the mental images with a few ladies in various states of undress...post away!!

ive been of work for 5 weeks and im missing my regular exercise so thought id try the pool. aching a bit now but may go again, was nice to flex the arms and legs |
