Made special fried rice.. served with chicken cooked in lemon and served on stir fried veg... and spring rolls made with lasagne sheets..
Im following slimming world so all cooked without fat x |

I'll be having a rummage through ma freezer for something that I've previously cooked. I think a portion of Lasagne might be the order of the evening, Aunt Bessie will be providing the chips though  |

I just cooked Pork Loin Steaks Marinaded in Soy Sauce, Smokey Chipolte paste, Chillies, Garlic, Ginger, Teriyaki and splash of Cider Vinegar...with a Wasabi Bubble n Squeak ( wasabi mash, peppers, onions, carrots, brocolli, cabbage and spinach).....Tased Booootiful!!  |
