I'm no expert - but with any behavioural trait that you're concerned about and keen to change often counselling is a good place to start! I don't think there's any magic bullet to change your preferences otherwise.

I knew a man off here, that could turn quite violent when sexually aroused. He was aware of the problem, but could not always control it. He often lost partners who could not live with his violence during sex. |

Thanks for the replies. I wouldn't say that it is something that I cannot control but I find this more and more arousing. I just think it is something really hard to bring up with a potential partner. |

Would you feel as though something was missing then talk to your partner if they are not into it they maybe happy for you to get it elsewhere
