Hi can any lady's on here give me some advice of how I can fit a full had inside me?
Is there some technique or something I'm not doing right ?
Would really like to do it but me and Hubi have been trying for ages but just can't get full hand in

Look up the "duck technique". I was taught many years ago by a lady who loved being fisted.
I have large hands and have fisted several ladies. All returned for more so I assume they enjoyed it.
Do bear in mind that not everyone can receive a fist. Being relaxed and lots of lube (natural or from a bottle) go a long way too. |

Being relaxed and well lubed, there's no such thing as too much lube, have added stimulation if you need it such as nipple play, start slow and be gentle but firm, you will feel like you could tear a little but as long as he takes his time you won't, he needs to be able to read your body to know how you're coping and completely focus on you and nothing else |

its a slow proses stretch it a little at a time I used pencils to get it to the point were I could take a fist |

What I did do with one lady who was struggling to take my hand was to fasten a strap around my hand by way of compressing my thumb knuckle and making my circumference less and making it possible to gently slip in with lots of lube. Once the widest part was in, I removed the strap and curled my fingers into a fist. Once she had taken it once and loved it next time was much easier. |

If you're finding it difficult on your back try it laying on your side. Where he as a result fingers in sideways. What you'll be finding difficult on your back is the girth of the knuckles. Without excitement, a lot of foreplay or lube over the knuckles it'll be impossible. Sideways gives a different stimulation and allows deeper penetration - when you rock, with lube, you should find it a little easier. Then just add the thumb in when shiny wet |

It's something I absolutely love, nice and deep and fast
