It's all about prepping the bird correctly. You don't want to overdo it with the stuffing. Quality over quantity.

I had a huge amount of stuffing yesterday but there's always room for more stuffing I think. Sometimes I even go for seconds.

Isn't there the danger of over stuffing though? I enjoy a stuffing as much as the next person but too much stufing makes me feel queasy.

Well it was either going to be called "Things or Stuff" but the word Stuffing rolls of the tongue easier than Thingsing ,,,,,

Its a true,,,,, there is even a Wiki page about it.....

There is! Handily it starts by telling us that stuffing is an "edible substance". Always good to know. Though I've found that's not always the case.

Turns out vegetables are also suitable for stuffing. Well, I think we've all seen those pics...
