Does anyone know how to cook pulled pork, I bought this lump of pork, and when I read the wrapping it says pulled pork. Now I love pulled pork so happy days, but how do I cook it, and get them lovely juicy flavours mmmmm

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Google is your friend.

However personally I would slow roast it then pull it apart with two forks.

Google is your friend. I think it's supposed to be cooked very slow, about 6 hours, at 140 degrees celcius.

I do pulled chicken in mine, with hot salsa and taco seasoning. Yummy!

Rap it up tite in foil and cook it low and slow eg gas 3-4 for 6-8 hours (depending on its size may need mor or less time) then wen its cooked throw grab a fork and shreed it.

A bit of barbeque sorce and sum smoked paprika mmmmmm.

i do a very easy one,1/2 bottle of any bbq sauce, hot or not ,up to you, a can of JD and ,boil it down to half the volume, pour over the pork, stick it in a tight lidded pot and put it in at 150 for anything over 3 hours..never fails!

Yes. Slow cooker. 6hrs

Chillies paprika smoked paprika tomato purée sliced onions Worcestershire sauce dark brown soft sugar. And whatever else you fancy.

All good.

When you take the meat out. Put juices in the pan and boil the shit out of it (reduce if you want to be posh) untill it becomes sticky for your BBQ sauce.

Also if you like it sweet then add sum hunny to the barbeque sorce mix it up together with the pold pork and finish it off in the oven for about 5 mins for a hunny glaze finish.

Closer than you think

Cook the meat to 190 degrees that's the temperature the structure changes I smoke mine on a BBQ
